Trying again - Day One

Wow...this is the hardest year for me to stay on track. I again fell off the wagon for a few weeks, birthday/vacation/being sick, didn't stick to diet, nor exercise.

So here, I am again, starting FRESH... I need to log onto SparkPeople daily to keep my resolve. Once I get past the two week hump, I'm good to go :)

    Believe me I understand this. I seem to be fighting all the way. When I first started I was very successful at getting to goal weight. But I have not had much success of late. I don't even hardly want to get on the scale anymore I am so disappointed in myself. But I never give up and I always check in on sparkpeople at least once a day. Lets keep fighting that's all we can do some days.
