I was reading one of the article from dailyspark.com about a lady who went to a step class and although she liked it, it just didn't suit her so she stuck with running. It made me think that I should try the free different classes at my gym and see what suits me and so this morning I rushed off to a yoga class and absolutely loved it! It was really weird cause it felt like my whole body and mind where at rest and felt spacey after but in a good way. Although I couldn't do all the moves I definitely tried and felt good so I think yoga might my new thing!
