Weekend "Diet"

Okay, it's becoming painfully obvious that I have a problem sticking with a diet on weekends. I don't count calories, I eat more than I should, and sometimes even eat things I shouldn't be eating at all. It's like I loose all willpower over the weekend. I'm always able to get back on the wagon on Monday, and that's good, but I have sabotaged all my efforts from the previous week (at least it feels that way). I need to figure out some way to keep myself on track, even when my schedule is all over the place. I'm going to start putting together quick, healthy snacks that I can grab and take with me, and maybe a small notebook to write down what I'm eating when I'm out.

On a positive note, I always get my recommended amount of water every day!
