Right now, I've been keeping in touch with my portion control. I've also cut down on diet soda, and increased tea even more. I generally have had healthy eating habits for the most part for many years, since being diagnosed with hypoglycemia and managing my food to keep my blood sugar in check, anyhow. I've just been watching for things I can fine tune right now. I'm also trying to get a better handle on my time. Time to set aside for exercise is difficult. Monday's dance class is my only "formal" hour of pure exercise. I love it! We do ab exercises and push ups there, too. Our main routine is to "Mercy" by Duffy, fun song. Otherwise I'm just trying to get in walks, quick runs in between, whenever I can. Scheduling is difficult, with being a mommy and a teacher, but I'm trying!
