Yesterday was just such a blah day. Didn't want to treadmill or anything else for that matter.

Then nighttime comes and I must go to Other Goals and log my day. Well, I logged and logged and then I came to the BLC#9 Team Goal, 12 week Streak and I looked, and looked, and decided I just couldn't let 6 weeks go down the drain because I was in a funk.

I got on my treadmill and did 34 minutes with the arm exercises I do while walking. Then I did the Towel Bending and Straight Leg Raises for the By The Numbers Weekly Challenge.

It was an "aha" moment since logging my Other Goals kept me in check and got me back on track!

Thank you SparkPeople for setting up this site in such a way as to have checks and balances to keep us on track.

I saved the streak and also my 10,000 steps streak!

    Thanks for this blog! I kept it in mind last Tuesday when I had my blah day too -and finally, I got on my Wii Balance Board, I did my Hip Hop DVD and my yoga!
