I haven't been here on a while and I miss all of you!! Life has been very busy lately. But all of you would be happy to know that I have continued to work out and I'm still maintaining my goal weight!! I'm happier and healthier! On a darker note, I wanted to share something with all you guys: I found out yesterday that my fiancee's cholesterol was off the charts. I have to say I was pretty shocked because he is only 29. I knew he wasn't living a healthy lifestyle but I honestly thought because he was young it would catch up with him another time...........I hope no one else out there makes the same mistake. Eating foods high in fat and living a sedentary lifestyle is risky, no matter how old you are!! Don't take your lives for granted and be kind to yourselves. Next time you want that chocolate cake or that piece of pizza, please think of the harm it does your bodies! Love yourselves! You guys are worth it!! I hope everyone is doing well with their goals!!

    Yeah so happy to hear! I myself am at 6 weeks at goal weight! Yeah! I decided from May to July to work off another 3 lbs and for now concentrate on ST. Life is good!
