Today is a cardio day, so I picked the stationary bike at the YMCA, and I chose the ride through space around some space stations. Killer 6 to 15 % grade. My legs are killing me, but my sense of accomplishment is HIGH.

For everyone who received 'an owl' on this recipe, gr8... and for those of you who were missed, my apologies but 'Prudence' is an owl in training and she's just getting her bearings! She flew off BEFORE I could add that... the brew... when stirred bubbles, sooo... I just wanted you to KNOW that THAT is what it does so you wouldn't (hahahahaha!!) FREAK OUT!!
