This week I lost 1.5 pounds. This makes a total of 11 since I started Team Lean at the YMCA on 1/10/09. My 40th b-day is coming up in 6 weeks. I really hope to lose 8-10 pounds by then. My goal is to be fit and fabulous at 40. I'm really enjoying exercise and am spending a lot more time outdoors. I'm making progress and am proud of myself for sticking with it. Thanks to SparkPeople I know this time I will lose the weight for good. Thanks for all your support!
