Okay so I am missing my workouts. I'm missing them by not doing them, but I'm also just sad that I'm not working out as much.
Tomorrow I'm starting up my Hip Hop Abs workouts again, and after I lose a couple pounds, I'm gonna start running again. I really miss running and feeling a sense of accomplishment. My stomach is flabbier than it has been in a while since I haven't been working out, and I'm sick of seeing that I can't fit into size 8 jeans again.
I didn't meet my short term goal because I didn't work out regularly. I'm disappointed in myself because I can discipline myself in my eating, but exercise makes such a huge difference and I can't set aside enough time to do it.
I'm deciding that even if I get 5 min of exercise a day, it will be better than nothing.
Working out in the morning! :)
