Ahhhh..D-Day! What a great day to start a D-iet. ha ha

I really don't have a big problem with the exercise portion of this thing. My problem is that I absolutely LOVE TO EAT...

and the fact that I just quit smoking doesn't help with the munchies.

Well, I did pretty good on my nutrition plan until supper. I get so darn hungry at night. But I ate less than usual and ended up just 50 calories over my goal intake.

I started to run this evening. I've been running a little with the dogs and then doing something on my own..well, today the temperature was around 105 so the dogs and I all decided to come home after 1/4 mile. I just did step aerobics in the house. I can handle the heat a little better than they can...of course, having sweat glands helps a lot. Panting doesn't seem to cut the mustard.

Going to bed in a little while. I'll brush and water pik my teeth so there's no way I'll eat anything after that. My latest weakness is sunflower seeds - they work great when you quit smoking.
