I bought Boboli whole wheat mini thin pizza 2 days ago. I also bought fat-free Mozzarella & Cheddar. I made canadian bacon & pinneapple pizza, lol. I definately enjoyed that yummy dinner.
For breakfast yesterday I had a Weight Watchers Oatmeal. It has 9 grams of fiber, wow. Then I made an egg. I chopped green onion, then sprayed pan w/ Olive Oil spray, put green onions in, Sprinkled a little garlic powder on the green onions. Then added small pieces of canadian bacon. Cooked until slightly brown in pan, the added tomatoes. Cooked until all was warm. Then I took a fat free cheese slive and cut into small pieces and put into the onion-tomatos in pan. When cheese almost all melted I added the egg beaters. Kept it moving until egg was cooked.
I'm trying to eat more filling foods to keep my health up.
For dinner I made burritos w/ whole wheat tortillas for husband and daughter and low carb tortillas for me.
I seasoned some left over roast beef with cumin and green salsa. The tortilla was 1 WW point because it was only 9", so instead of a burrito I had a wrap. It was very filling!
Tonight we will have teriyaki stir fry. I hope the teriyaki sauce I bought is as good as my homemade.
