Ok, I've been gone for about a month. March is my month. Let's see what happens!

Tuesday, March 3
Good day with food control. Too lazy to exercise. I will make myself get up from here and do something.

Monday, March 9
Good day. Jay was "under the weather" with a cold so we didn't do to the "Y". Planning on using the gazelle and ab-lounge.

Tuesday, March 10
Another good day ---- having a little trouble trying to come up with lean proteins. walked almost 2 miles.

Thursday, March 12
Crazy and long day. We had parent-teacher conferences today. The principal brought dinner in for us and I'm not sure how I did. I tried to limit what I ate, but everything was high carb and fat.

Saturday, March 14
Granddaughters spent the night and most of the morning. Emma decided to stay again tonight. No organized exercising, but plenty of playing. Calories are a little off with hot chocolate and cookies. Spark-wise, not a productive day------ Grandma-wise, a great 2 days! ! Back on track tomorrow.

Monday, March 16
I am making an extra effort to try and walk more than 10,000 steps a day at school.

Thursday, March 19
Walking was good this week, I didn't go over 10,000 every day ----- but was close. Will continue this weekend. Allie and Emma will be back this weekend. I can't wait.

Friday, March 20
Thank goodness it is the weekend. Girls are here. Pizza for dinner ===bad for me, but Emma loves it.

Sunday, March 22
Good day. Sister, Niece, Emma and I spent the afternoon exploring. Good exercise and very enjoyable.

Tuesday, March 24
Good day.

Wednesday March 25
Had my first zumba class today. It was fun.

Thursday, March 26
I don't know if I like zumba or not. My old butt and legs are so sore, I can hardly walk!!!

Monday, March 30
Long day and its the end of the month tomorrow. Does not look like March was my month ---- I tried. Will work harder next month.

Once you get back into the routine you will be great! Life has thrown you a curve ball lately but at least this is one area you can control! lol.
