We all know what the "eating" months are--mine are from Halloween to Valentines Day. These months are filled with mine fields of temptation; all kinds of holidays as well as my birthday. My goal through it all was to just stay steady But my weight actually went down during this time for the first time in MANY years.
Did you make it too? When are your hardest months or time of the year to keep on track? What helps you be successful?
