February Review

Monday, March 02, 2009

It's been a short month & I'm glad for that! Somehow it makes a difference in my mind that now moving forward in March I have a full month w/out any compromised weeks like I feel like I had in February w/my surgery recovery.

That being said, this last week that just finished yesterday (Monday-Sunday) was especially difficult for me. I didn't exercise anywhere near the level I should/could have. In addition I only tracked/watched my foods 1/2 of the week. It was a week where I felt overwhelmed & just felt like I need space/time. I was able to get a lot of those things completed that were causing me anxiety & stress, thank goodness!

New week, new month...just what I need. I can't find my camera for the life of me. Just as soon as I get my hands on it pics will be on the way!

I've officially blasted my way through my 3/4 ticker mark! Facial reward coming right up! My first one!

Guess what? My size 8 jeans I bought last week are too big (even after a machine wash/dry). I can pull them all the way off w/out unzipping/unbuttoning, so I'm returning those & exchanging for a new size...6?!

8.2 lbs way from my goal (UNbelievable!)...I'm in the single digit count down! HUGE, HUGE for me!!

A whole complete point below the high "normal" BMI range. Holding strong onto that "normal" threshold! You can see that when I started I was 2 points away from being "obese" & this was AFTER losing Colt's baby weight. It SO empowers me to see how far I've come in this regard.

4 weeks in February, I haven't had a complete week that I tracked, largely in part to my surgery recovery. No report this month since my tracking wasn't consistent enough to pull #'s.
