Today I really tried hard to start again, to pick up where I had gone off track. It went fairly well, I tracked what I ate and drank, responded to posts, and read inspirational articles. I printed the March 31 days to a healthier diet calander plan and made sure I accomplished day 1. I also did my 1 day challenge team challenge. I set them both as goals so I will get a sparkpoints as a reward.
Today was my first day off work in 9 days so I took advantage of it and rested. However tomorrow I will do my Swimsuit challenge team plan and perhaps work my arms early in the morning.
Today was not without its flaws. I didnt meet my water requirements, and I ate a few too many cookies. If I do not eat any cookies tomorrow it will be an improvement.
I have been at this a long time now and I want to see some results for my efforts. I have stopped taking some of the medications that had that "may cause weight gain" sticker on the side of them. MAY cause weight gain?!! Did cause weight gain in the amount of 40lbs. I'm still working on it.
