Week of 3/1 Challenge: Get 60 minutes of exercise in daily, even if broken down into ten minutes segments.
Week of 3/8 Challenge: Continue with previous challenge and get in five servings of fruits and veggies daily.
Week of 3/15 Challenge: Continue with previous challenges and try to find some to do at least some of my fitness minutes with me.
