3/8 (Goal:132) Actual:131 (I'm so happy I met this goal!)
3/15 (Goal:130) Actual:

Week of 3/1 Challenge: Get 60 minutes of exercise in daily, even if broken down into ten minutes segments.

Week of 3/8 Challenge: Continue with previous challenge and get in five servings of fruits and veggies daily.

Week of 3/15 Challenge: Continue with previous challenges and try to find some to do at least some of my fitness minutes with me.

    Very good goals. You will run when its time. Just take it one day at a time. I have to refocus and get down to business. Some days I really get to doing it but still eating too much. I need to reexamine my food portions. We will get there. Have a great and productive week. Pam
