31 Days to a Healthier Diet

OMG... the first one is a food diary. I hate recording.
But it does say only for 5 days. Can I do five days? Sure I can.
Do I want to? Ummmm not really, facing reality can be tough.
I don't know what I'm afraid of, but fear is there.

Unfortunately, burying my head in the sand like an ostrich, still leaves my posterior end exposed. I really should do the food dairy.
