I cannot *spot reduce* but can I *spot stay* the damages?
I am trying *desperately* to maintain the level of flabbiness I am seeing on my inner thighs and upper arms! So far I am winning the battle, lol.
What I would really love is to lose the battle and lose the flabbiness.
I am doing Triceps Kickbacks and Inner Thigh exercises - I am using a ThighMaster and feeling a little foolish, lol.
So, at least if I am not winning the battle over the loose skin, it isn't getting worse.
Perhaps by exercising my trouble spots I am keeping the muscle there so that when my body chooses to take energy from these areas it will take the flab instead of more of the muscle?
Sounds logical but it is as yet unproven.

On a lighter note my loving DH has informed me that gravity is taking effect in my ripe old age of 57!
Another "hug him or slap him" moment!
