A couple weeks ago I got this upper respiratory thing. I was out of commission with that, and wound up missing a bunch of work and barely getting on SP to spin the wheel. But, gladly, I did manage to not miss a day!

But, as my sinuses, throat and lungs were slowly getting better, I then lost a temp filling I had in a tooth from about a year ago. (Yeah, I know, it was a year old and they don't call it 'temporary' for nothing!) It was from a root canal - which I had - that went bad . . . so sad. Anyway, a year-ish ago they did the temp filling and I decided to wait until it came out on its own before I'd look into getting the tooth snatched from my head. That happened just as I was finishing up my antibiotics from the respiratory mess. At least, in that regard, the timing was good. The dentist wanted to put me on antibiotics before he'd be willing to do the surgery (not a simple extraction, by any means.) When he found out I finishing up the meds I was on, he was able to not delay, so I had that surgery this week.

I'm not sure if it was the meds, the mouth, being sick, the weather or a combination of things, but I've been dragging physically - big time! I'm trying to mend. I've been able to go to work most of the time now and hopefully the body will get with the program and enjoy moving again, real soon! At least that's my hope - I miss not being able to do any exercises other than a little bit of walking. But I'm hoping to increase that and add to in the coming weeks.

I really appreciate all the warm welcomes from my sisters on the Narrow Path! Sorry it's taken me so long to acknowledge y'all - but I really appreciate the comments, the spark goodies and the encouragement. You've really kept me wanting to get motivated - THANKS!
