stupid scale!!

I've been doing the same things diet and exercise wise . At least in terms of length of time for of exercise . My trainer always has me doing something different. My scale has not moved though for over a week. So I am a little discouraged . I know I am still getting benefits because at my last workout we went back to the original workout/ machines that I had started with and checked out how much more wt. I am able to handle, and my strength has increased a lot.... I know I won't quit but I have no patience so it's a bummer when the scale doesn't move. I walked through the mall yesterday and looked at all the skinny summer clothes ................Biiiig Sigh!! Just a few more months
