Jan. 1st - 220
Jan. 5th- 219.5 I actually started learning about the Raw Food Diet early
Jan. 12th- 219 in Feb. I find I like eating the raw fruits, veggies, nuts etc.
Jan 19th- 218.5 and do not miss eating meat like I was before.

    I'm not into the deydrating stuff either, but if this does work for me, I will look into it.
