I have been maintaining my goal weight range of 116-121 through exercise and eating moderately. I no longer log my food anymore. I pretty much eat what I want (until I am full), and then just go work it off after dinner at the gym. If I eat more, then I work out a little longer. If I eat light, then I don't need a heavy workout. This has become a routine for me.
