Just Don't Do It

Okay, you know we all have felt this way. I didn't loose any weight so whats the use of putting myself through all this healthy eating, and this exercise that is going to make my body so much stronger. Well, I will tell you why, because you love yourself enough to start this new lifestyle change, so you must follow it all the way to the end. I was so gloomy on weigh in day after the scale said the same thing it said last week. But you know what it has just made me strive harder this week to get results for the next day, and the next day..... So just don't do it, that is give up. You owe it to yourself to complete your goals no matter how long it takes. Have a happy day,Hope you enjoyed my blog, and that it made you think.You are worth the effort.
