Encourage. Setbacks encourage me to know that I can go on based on what I had been doing before my setback. It takes a lot of will power and self-confidence (not to mention discipline) to be able to change old habits-eating or otherwise. The simple fact that individuals put forth an effort to do the right thing and eat healthy for a healthy lifestyle, is GREAT in itself. Best of luck to all!
