For the first time in my life I can do push ups. My trainer started me doing them elevated in the squat cage on the bar gradually getting lower each time. Today he said let's just try them on the floor and see .....I didn't think I could do it but I squeezed out my 15 .....for 2 reps! then I was so stoked I did 20 on my 3rd rep!!... I feel really good about it . I couldn't do them at all when I was younger and now at 44 yrs old after about 11 wks of working out regularly I can do real mens' push ups ....YAY!!!
