Rough Week

This past week I had such a hard time trying to stay on track. It all started with Valentine's Day and then my dad came to visit and then my husband's birthday (which included 2 nights of eating out and cake). Not to mention several other dinners through the week with my family. Ugh! I had such a hard time saying no and now I am paying for it. I gained 2 lbs last week! I am trying to get back on track and hopefully me some more of my goals.

It is so frustrating since I was doing so well and for the first time ever I actually met me end the month weight loss goal! And then I slide back and struggle with it again. I really hope I can catch up and get on track.

On a good note, last week I cleaned out my closet and had 3 large garbage bags to give to Goodwill. I cleaned out about 2/3rds of my clothes. It felt great! If something didn't fit it had to go...no excuses. I ad clothes in my closet that I wore when I was 193 lbs and even some of the newer clothes that I have since bought were too big. It felt so good to get rid of all those big clothes! Now my husband believes me when I tell him I have nothing to wear. I am hoping to shop for some reasonably priced clothes to hold me over till I get to my goal weight. emoticon
