Would you rather? Mondays or a poke in the eye

Monday, February 23, 2009

Last night I got very little sleep - maybe 3 hours. I forced myself into the shower when the alarm clock went off despite the fact because today was my reprogram... ONLY IT WASN'T. I drove my butt to the gym and checked in, only to find out that my trainer doesn't work there anymore. NICE! They didn't even call me to tell me my appointment was cancelled or anything! I was fuming. The 2 trainers who were there (who act like some drill squad leaders) put me on the backburner: "come get one of us after your workout to reschedule because we have appointments right now and we're pretty much booked this whole week"... Do you know how pissed I was? I wanted to go straight home and go to sleep, but I stuck it out anyway and huffed angrily on the elliptical and the weights. When I was done, I asked a different trainer to reschedule me... Now my reprogram is Sunday with the guy who teaches the abs class. I'm glad about that at least because he really does motivate me.

On a separate note, I received a cool compliment at work today and my boss posted a kudos message about it. That was nice, since this morning wasn't so great...

Right now I have a killer headache though. Drag.

All you need to do is see the trainer a few times and then you can do it yourself!!Take classes,do videos at home, ride a bike outside! You don't need the trainer.Screw em'! Youi need to care about YOU! And only YOU can be the one moving to lose the weight anyway. The trainer is there for EDUCATION! So you can LIVE as a healthy person your whole LIFE!Not to leave you hangin'!
