Your Active Challenge - Still too cold and windy to walk outside very long, which is what I really wanted to do. COME ON SPRING! ! ! So daughter and I went to the mall for a long walk and I managed not to buy anything! By the time we did that and our errands, we ended up walking for an hour.
Your Exercise Challenge - Lower Body & Abs - I was so tired from all of our running, I completely spaced on these. I was going to do them after dinner, but developed a splitting headache by then, so went to bed early instead.
Flexibility Challenge - a little stretching in the morning, then after our shopping trip, because my back was really tight.
Nutrition Challenge - did do this, but probably not my best veggie day. It is so much easier to eat right at work then on weekends, this is one of the areas I really need to plan ahead better.
