Today I blogged about motivation because I had a hard time getting that 2nd big run in. I did my 12 miles and felt good afterward. My food reflects trying to keep my body in check and not eat so low that I tap into muscle stores. I'm adding another 400 calories in dinner and that will keep me satisfied and ready to hit it hard next week. I got a lot of stuff planned to keep the body busy!!!
