Kinda fell off track....

Not sure what happened other than just being busy but I kinda fell off track this past week. Part of the problem is that I have started working a lot of day shifts so that means that I am up at 3:30-4:00 am, which means that when I get home from work around 5 pm I am ready for bed! I have not worked out in over a week.... emoticon and I can tell! I gained 2 pounds since Valentine's Day.... I don't think that is too bad considering that I have not really been focused. I did fit into a pair of jeans this weekend that I have not worn in a few years emoticon and I had a member of my husband's family that usually sees me 2-3 times a year not recognize me Saturday!

    Congrats at meeting your goal!! yeah! I'm glad you aren't beating yourself up about changing shifts and falling off habits. Just do what you can and jump back onto the wagon! WooHoo! keep it up!
