Sometimes I am afraid to eat everyday foods. I worry that there are too many calories and additives. But, I am finding that as long as you control the portions and make most of your own meals, there is nothing "scary" about it. I sat down and had real whole wheat pancakes with bananas and REAL maple syrup on them, with my husband this morning. (I let him have the breakfast sausage. ) Just weighing and measuring let me make a good breakfast . Got to learn how to be comfortable with each choice that I make throughout the day. Really is getting easier.
