I find that I do best with structure and making an organized routine of things to get them done. I have a planner for school and marked when all my assignments, papers and tests are due. I stick to it and have not got behind at all.
I also mark in my Tuesday Zumba nights which I would hate to miss, even though it is so far away to drive. I think if I schedule specific workout activities I would be more inclined to get them done.
As it is, I had a 20 days Feb exercise streak going on and could not do anything yesterday after a full day of work and almost 4 hours of driving in snow. I don't know how I got it in daily when I worked FT! I think I didn't sleep as well and that is something I am thrilled to say I have little problems with now. So time to look at my planner and get things scheduled.
