"You really look like you are leaning out"....The receptionist at the gym said that to me today. I was like "excuse me?"...I didn't know what that meant, she had to explain, lol.
I felt good going in already because I had fit into a pair of workout pants that had been in the closet waiting for a few more pounds ...and they looked pretty good.
I still need to get some more cardio in . My trainer is working me harder everytime . I didn't even realize my heart could beat that hard.
He Took my measurements for the first time since I started in December. My waist is down about 7", hips about 4"....and it makes no logical sense at all but my thighs have either stayed the same or not budged ....too weird. I usually loose on my legs first . I am not complaining though. My legs were always thinner in proportion to the rest of me. ....so a good thing but it defies logic. Muscle takes up less space than fat ,that what I read .
He didn't measure around the bust but I had to buy some new bras to replace the ones I was floating in. Not too many women want bigger legs and smaller boobs..weird shape! but it's getting better !

I think there was some I forgot...and I may not have gotten the names right on a couple, but I know what I mean. I'm still learning . I will start writing them down immediately after. The workout moves too fast to do it during.
No strength training tomorrow but aiming for 45mins min of cardio.
