I'm half way to my bodyfat goal. Using the same calculator I originally used, I'm now at 24% I'm doing really well with exercise, but having a little trouble in the eating department. I'm back at college now and eating all my meals in the dining hall. I'm under a lot of pressure and I'm fighting with stress eating. I feel pretty good about my body, getting some muscle definition, but I want to be putting better food in my body.
