up to the line

Ok, I am close to the line where my weight loss usually stops. I am trying to keep up the exercises and stay on track for my meals. this is a wall I have hit before. Must keep on doing good every day to push through to the other side. won't let it stop me now......................

    you can do it girl. It took me a whole month to get past that threshhold, but it did happen just recently. Just don't give up; remember that one bad day does not ruin all. one day at a time.
