OK, Each SparkPoint equals an Experience point. That is the basis for this AD&D style challenge.

Lots of points are required..... so besides SparkPoints here are other ways to gain EXP:
1. Every eight ounce glass of water = 1 point.
2. Every mile or mile equivalent you move gives you 1 point.
3. Each serving of fruit or vegetable gives you 1 experience point.
4. Healthy Lifestyle Scale (1 Scale point=1 EXP point)
6. Record your food. Every item you add into your daily tracker gives you a point.
7. All goals. If you can track the goal on SparkPeople you get a point for meeting that goal.
8. Posting messages. One point for every message you post.
So, here is my PC (player character) intro :
Hello. I am Lilly Moonsprite. I am a Half-Elf Gypsy-Bard/Skall (priestess of Tak - God of Bards) who seems to have gotten side tracked at an Inn. The food here is rich & delicious, and the people that pass through can be extreamly delitefull. It is a small inn & I work for my keep (light housekeeping & a little entertainment).
Unfortunatly, all this R&R is taking it's toll, time to start adventuring again & work off those extra pounds.
To become an Epic Gypsy-Bard I must learn many things. Some new dances & a few more songs. And don't forget some combat practice. Maybe I'll write a few balads & learn some trail skills (like plant lore and healthy cooking). Some good camping skills (like camp setup, fire-building, outdoor cooking, and the like) would really come in handy. Not to mention some hiking & hunting skills.
My main focus for now is to get back into dancing, and perhaps some walking. I don't ride well, so I guess I'll have to walk to my adventure. *smiles*
Perhaps some mending & other crafting skills to keep my idle hands busy wouldn't be a waste either.
*grins* its a long road ahead & it's time I was going.
(quick note: I'm dual classing and starting off at LVL 1/1 - Dual classing means that I have to split my EXP points in half - that way an equal amount of points goes to each class.)
