Not doing very well with blogging... totally forgot this was here.

Hmmm, it's February 19th, and I weigh the same as I did on January 1.

    Just take a look at a graph of your food and fitness tracker and see how you did. You will probably see where you've stayed right at maintenance for your level of activity. Loss comes from low end eating with real physical output. You can do it!
