Yesterday I was reading dailyspark.com and came across this article about having a passion for a particular type exercise (which is shown above). At first I couldn't really think about any passion that I can comfortably say is mine but then I thought of the following which I left as a comment on that article page:
"I know it sounds weird (or at least it would've to me a couple of years ago) but I think my passion is being healthy. I like it when I've done my exercise and worked up a good sweat; when I ate healthy things, etc, and that makes me happy I think in a way. It's funny to hear me say that though cause I must be like the 'white' sheep in my family where fattening food, smoking and hatred of exercise is the norm."
And I believe its true- I do like being healthy and this has helped reinvigorate my determination to lose weight AND get healthy (well, get healthier really). That way, when I lose all the weight I'm not gonna slack on the exercise like I did last time and let the weight pile back on slowly. I want to be at my ideal weight as well be a healthy person and maintain that.
