Day 3 of challenge & adding to my personal challenge

It's day 3 of The Frisky Fillies Challenge. I am doing good, almost messed up this morning by not eating breakfast when I should have and had to rearrange the rest of my day to get all my eating goals back on track.
I realized monday that the dumbell video was going to be a real challenge due to a weakness in my shoulders & upper back (long story). And the only weights I have in the house are 5# weights so I used them. Today I was at the store and almost bought some smaller weights for this then that voice in my head asked "Are you NUTS? You are going to buy smaller weights than one's you've already proved you could handle by completeing the work out with them?" ok, since I really don't have extra money to buy what I don't really need I decided to continue with the 5# weights, but.... I need to make sure I'm getting more stretching in before I even start the video today. I went back and found "Honey's Bootcamp - Preliminary Water & Stretch. Well I'm already doing the water, but today I did the stretches before the video. It really made a big difference in how easy the video was as well as how I felt afterwards.
