what difference a few weeks make.

I had not looked at the picture I posted on my page for a few months. I might not have lost much weight but I definitely have lost some fat. I no longer look like a square, I have some (not much) but some curve to my body.
I took the spinning class and Zumba. Wow, was I sore after the classes. I was unable to stand up in the spinning class, now I can stand up, sit down, and handle most of the moves. The Zumba class was the same in the beginning, boy did I sweat buckets. Near the end of the class, I could not wait for it to end but stuck through it. Another benefit to this class, I am doing it with friends who encourage me all the way and we also have a lot of laughs. Going with friends keeps me motivated, you do not like to cancel out on your friends. We all have different aches and pains so we realize every week is different, either your body will let you kick, jump and bend or it will be a little stiff and not let you bend or move like you did last week. Oh well.
