We're excited to tell you about a great new feature on SparkPeople's Nutrition Tracker. It's called Nutrition Feedback
. Basically, when you're done tracking your food for the day, you can now see a special Nutrition Feedback page that shows you which nutrition goals you met, went under and went over. If you go over or under on a nutrient, you'll get a tip (which rotates so you'll always get new information over time) to help you get back into your goal range. Currently, the Nutrition Feedback page features tips and information on 15 of the most commonly tracked nutrients, but we hope to add more over time.
