When it rains it pours huh?
I met two goals in one week. Getting below the 160 mark AND losing my first 10 pounds!!!!!!
I can now have that much deserved latte that I told myself I couldn't have until I lost 10#'s....funny thing is, I don't really want one now....I think gees, 250+ cals for one treat....there's so many other things I would rather have.
We'll see, maybe this weekend I'll have one, just b/c I earned it!
Now I have to decide what my 20# goal is...I already get regular hair cuts and colors, I get pedicures every couple months so I'm not sure what to "treat" myself with...any ideas? Maybe a new pair of pants that didn't come from WalMart? Hmmm I'm perplexed?
