There's times when I wouldn't remember what I had for breakfast or did last weekend if it weren't for my online journal do-hickey. It's a nice way to track what you do in your life, and also a good opportunity to notice trends that are otherwise less than obvious.
I was looking back over the last few weeks and noticed one big thing that has escaped me till now. I've been getting the big, "Slow the ::bleep:: down!" message for about 3 weeks - Since about the first of the month to be exact. I've been tired, un-motivated, achey, and just having inconsistent results with with each workout. I know that it's normal to feel like your totally 'on' one day and not so much the next, but then feel better the following day.
But to feel off for 3 weeks straight? Yeah, that's just me being silly. I've been pushing a lot which isn't aways bad, but maybe haven't been giving myself the rest periods that I need.
So as much as it pains me to take a break for a week, think I may need to do that so my body can settle down. Whee...
