It's Monday...another day to be thankful to be alive (which I MOST DEFINITELY am)...and another day to be thankful that I have a job (which I am)...but also another day of me feeling BLAH (which I am)...me and Monday's just don't get along for some reason...guess I have weekend withdrawal or something!!!
I listed my weekly goals on yesterday's blog but I will edit two of them here..
*** 5 days of exercise (3 days cardio/2 days strength training)
*** Increase veggie/fruit intake...will aim for 3 servings a day to start..
I have to find ways to get my fruit/veggies in on a daily basis...I do not eat salads like that (they are boring) and while I do cook, making pastas/soups and slipping veggies in there won't work for me. I live alone and having tons of leftovers isn't appealing and I know I can freeze the rest but I probably wouldn't go back to it soon....so any suggestions on this would be appreciated!!
Also, I have noted that many of my Sparkfriends from the past have fallen off..I hope they are just busy but it has been many months since some of them have posted on here...one of my Sparkteams is pretty much non-existant so I decided to become the "co-leader" of the group...please check us out and join!! I want to keep it going if possible but I can't do it alone!!!!
It's the "30 Days Till.." team...the 30 days can be anything you want to accomplish in a month whether it's cleaning out your closet or loosing weight...I know you all have multiple teams that you are part of so if you don't mind another one, then please come on over!!
