Feel Good Moments.

You know those times when you are absolutely and definitely off the wagon, and all it takes is a simple comment to upstart you. I love it.

Just those occasions that you see someone that you haven't seen in ages and they don't even recognize you. I ran into two people last night at the bar from high school that were part of the 'popular' clique. I thought it was funny that I actually had enough confidence to even approach them. The guy didn't even know who I was. He started chatting me up like he wanted to take me home! It was hilarious. I was like, 'Don't you remember me?' and he said no. The girl was also listening, and I said I went to school with them, and told them my name. Their jaws dropped. I'm not even exaggerating. The girl went on to tell me how beautiful I had become and the guy was at a loss for words. I just said my polite goodbyes, and turned away with a huge grin on my face.

Also, Michelle, a good friend from work, and I were chatting away on Friday, you know, typical girl gossip, and we started talking about weight loss. This girl is TINY. I was sort of self conscious to go into my story but eventually got it out. I showed her pictures and she couldn't believe what a difference it had made. The best part was when I told her I had 30lbs left to go, she shook her head and told me that I was already little!!! I was estatic. :)

And lastly, the one statement that keeps running in my head was when I went to visit with a friend and was talking to his roommate. I showed her a pic of when I was in Paris, (about 70lbs heavier) and she asked me who it was! She didn't even know it was me.

Ahh. It's good to healthy. I love who I am and I need to jump on that wagon once more to shed the last of my weight. I can do this. I can inspire others and do this much for myself. Only 25 pounds left until my ultimate goal of 150! :)
