Tracking food makes a difference

Hello all my spark friends tracking food and exercise can make a world of difference.
I quickly discovered I was not meeting my required calorie intake. Once I started tracking the exfood the weight started coming off.

    Great discovery, isn't it!!! Especially since you weren't eating enough! Who would think eating more would cause you to lose weight :)
