The real reason I bought her her favorite See's candy on Valentines Day was so Mom can eat HER favorite candy of all time. Now I'm good to go until Easter. LOL

Look, I'm honest. I will not tell a lie. We both have the same tastes in chocolate. We both only prefer See's Dark Bordeux candy. But it is so flipping pricey these days. As robert and i waited in line in a crowded Mall shop We were whisked to the front of line because I got the less amount of candy. While in line they gave us each a piece free to quite us hahaha. I was not going to refuse my favorite candy. Robert gave me his so I ahd 2. 1 one pound box is 24.00. Yikes prices have gone up. 2 years ago she bought me a gift card for mothers day for 20.00. I was then able to get a 2 # box of bordeux. not anymore. i got Ashley a Valentines day baloon and a bag of 8 or 9 candies and she gave me one so that was a total of 3. When i got home I checked my blood sugar and it was 111 so not bad for me at all.

I chose my favorite BBq Pit restaurant for dinner last night and ahd a glass of wine. It was a good day. But Robert has contracted the flu from Ashley's apartment. (Remember, I'm immune to the flu) He's ahd it 2 times in 3 weeks.
