Well my one month anniversary with Sparks was the 14th of Feb. I was doing good. Lost 12.8 pounds and 5.5 inches on my neck, waist and hips. Hooray!!! Then last night for Valentine's day my loving hubby took me out for a nice dinner. They had a buffet and you couldn't order off of the menu. I selected a fresh salad with blue cheese dressing( the start of my problem) a medium baked potato plain( not bad) and for meat the prime rib won me over. That was my big downfall. I weighed in yesterday morning but added my calories up this morning for yesterday and ended up with over twice as many as needed. Talk about sticker shock! Next year we will eat at home where I have a little more control over the menu. I should have stayed home and had a dark chocolate bar instead.
No more whining. I need to go see my treadmill for a while and then my Lifestyler CardioFIT. I can only keep on track now and I PRAY for better results next month. I'm not giving up!
