I hit the 10 pound mark today! Since joining Sparkpeople on 12/31/08 I have lost 10.4 pounds! I have lost 27.4 pounds since last July when I was at my heaviest. Logging in daily and keeping track of my food intake and my exercise minutes has made this easier than I thought! Now that I have hit the 10 pound mark my goal for this week is to maintain this weight. I will be ok if I am the same weight this time next week. I just don't want to see the scales go up!
