It may sound odd, but my first big goal is to be overweight. I've had to listen to my doctor dictate his notes and hear him note that I'm obese for a few years now and I really don't like it. So I'm working hard to cross the line to be overweight instead of obese for my physical this year. Of course, I'm hoping that my BP will get back to normal instead of borderline and my triglycerides will be back down. I've been tracking my BP at home and am pleased with the results of my exercise to date.
I think I can get to overweight by my 16th wedding anniversary next month. That would be great!
